ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT

(1) You must provide your own insurance for the event. (2) Keys must be picked-up prior to your event, during Parish Office Hours. (Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 4:30) (3) You are responsible for set-up and tear down of the room. (4) All garbage must be sorted according to recycle, trash & compost, and placed in appropriate bins outside.
